The Basics of Sitting & Mediumistic Unfoldment
(Level 1)

This one-day course is aimed at all those interested in developing mediumistic, psychic and spiritual awareness. This course takes you through all the basic understanding about developing your mediumistic and psychic awareness and how to approach your development with a strong and positive attitude.

All students wishing to develop their mediumship (and attend other mediumistic courses) must attend this one and the "Tuning In" course to establish a good foundation of knowledge and meditation practice, before moving onto other courses.

• How to approach your Development & Unfoldment in a sensible & positive manner
• Some Rules for Development
• Keeping our feet on the ground "What the Spirit World Do & Don't Do"
• Affirmations to create a positive approach to Development
• Prayer & Protection
• How to meditate to strength your spiritual power
• Practicing the "Sitting in the Power" Meditation
